Fitness
Classes
Fitness classes are offered during certain
weeks of the school year and are open to all members of the College
community (faculty, staff, students), free of charge. Participants
may show up for class without advance registration. Experienced
instructors will lead all phases of the work out. Classes meet in
the aerobics studio in the Sutcliffe Athletic Center.

Barre Fusion
Tuesday, Thursday 5:00-6:00 PM
Instructor: Marlene Settles
Barre Fusion is the perfect fusion of simple ballet barre
exercises, pilates, and yoga, creating a total body strengthening
and stretch class. This one hour challenging workout uses
your body as resistance while toning major muscle groups creating
long lean muscles. There is no ballet knowledge required to
join this body shaping calorie burning session.

Combo-Mix
Aerobics

Instructor: Nancy Robertson
This class is designed to have fun while you are getting a good
cardio workout. Comb-Mix will have a different class theme each
meeting including kick boxing, step, dance, and cardio pump. Each
class will include stretching, muscle development, and an abdominal
workout at the end of the session. Bring a friend and come have a
good workout and a good time.
Speed and Agility
Training

Open to the entire Centre community, these classes are geared for
those interested in improving speed and agility as well as general
conditioning and core training. The Tuesday class will focus on
speed and agility techniques, general conditioning, and core
development. The Thursday class will emphasize speed and
development in all directions, change of direction training, and
plyometric drills.
